This section describes the elements and toggles shown in the window in which you create an inventory report, reached by: Go to REPORTS > CHEMICAL on the Chemical Management System menu. Click the INVENTORY REPORTS tab. Click the +CREATE NEW REPORT button. INVENTORY REPORT SETTINGSNearly identical to the MATERIAL REPORT SETTINGS window, the inventory Report Settings section is where you can provide a unique Report Name, specify the report’s Temperature Unit of Measurement, Weight Unit of Measurement and, after you select filters and fields, and where you click to download your report or choose to save as a template. INVENTORY REPORT FILTERSSpecify only the data that you need for your report by selecting from the toggles shown in the Report Filters section of the window. You may need to click on the caret (>) shown next to filter category names to reveal its contents. When you select a toggle, a dialog box opens for you to add or select additional information required for that filter. Whether you need to fill out this dialog depends on the following: If you are going to download the report immediately, you must provide data in the Edit Filter dialog box. If you are creating a report as a template, do NOT fill out the Edit Filter dialog box. INVENTORY REPORT FIELDSInventory Report Field toggles correspond to the columns that you want displayed in your inventory report. At least one report field must be selected to create your report. It is not necessary to match a report filter with its corresponding report field to create your report. For example, if you select Product Name report filter, you do not need to select the Product Name report field as well.
