Courses purchased/provided from a vendor oftentimes have a link to preview the course, as well as PDF attachments for course material and exams. If these items are available - which is most likely with an online course - Administrators can find them by following the steps below. In the Learning Management System menu, select TRAINING > CATALOG. Find the Course by name and click on the gray information icon, as shown below. Course information will appear on a slide out screen. Preview Course will allow you to view some of the course material. Generate Preview URL will allow up to 20 views, within 7 days, of the preview course material. Supplemental Materials (if available) contains PDF attachments. View/print as desired. Additional information such as a Course Outline, Course Objectives, and course length are visible by scrolling down. Note: Not all course types will have all of the options explained here. Course information options are set by vendor.
