LMS | Getting the Most from Your In-app Search

Few things are more frustrating than typing in a phrase in a search box, and not getting any results. We want you to be able to find the help resources that you need, right when you need them. In order to assist you in that, we have come up with a few guidelines that we have found will help your search return better results when using the in-app Support Center. Use short and specific phrases. Avoid using "How do I. . . " and "Where is. . . ". The search function is basic and only looks at about the first 15 characters. Try to search for the general subject (i. e. , Member, Training, Report, etc. ) and browse the results. If you’re still not able to get the results you need, fill out the survey that appears when there are no results. Note: The Support Center search box is for support material only; it will not provide results for chemical names or LMS training courses. Please know that we review search terms weekly, along with the resulting actions, and do our best to fine-tune the keywords on our help resources so they will appear as results for the relevant searches. The feedback we get from the survey helps us significantly in this process.
