If videos are not playing correctly or the exam button isn't showing when you've completed a course, clear your cache on your internet browser. MICROSOFT EDGEClick on the ellipsis (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) to show the menu. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Scroll down to Clear browsing data section, then select Choose what to clear. Select the "Cached images and files" check box, set the time range, then select Clear now. MOZILLA FIREFOXClick the menu button (three stacked lines in the right-hand corner) and select Settings. Select the Privacy & Security panel. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click "Clear Data". Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button. Changes are automatically saved. GOOGLE CHROMEClick the ellipsis (⋮) to show the menu, then select More Tools > Clear browsing data. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear. Put a check beside Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.
