To allow Users to review a document and acknowledge that they have read and understood its contents, create a Document task. If the document needs to be reviewed side-by-side with an online course, create a Curriculum to join the two. If the document can be reviewed independently in order to earn completion credit, the document can be its own course. Note: Once created, there isn't a way to change or remove the course document. If a different document is necessary for the course, Administrators will need to create a new course and set the original course status to "Inactive". In the Learning Management System, select TRAINING > CATALOG. Click on CREATE NEW > Courses & Tasks. Complete the steps, making sure to select "Document Task" in the Type field. Upload the file containing the document. Confirm course details and click FINISHNEXT STEPSIf you wish to assign the newly created course to Users, you can: Create a Training Requirement that includes the courseAssign the new course via Direct EnrollmentNote: If you wish to require Users to complete the Document course and one or more other courses before earning a course completion, you will create a Curriculum course, then assign the Curriculum via one of the above-mentioned methods.
